The National Youth Council is a platform that provides opportunities for the youth to share ideas for self and national development.

Rwandan Youth: any person aged between sixteen (16) and thirty (30) years.

• VISION: Empowered Youth at the forefront of economic development.

• MISSION: The National Youth Council's mission is: “To facilitate and encourage Youth to participate in the socio-economic development and transformation to a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable society”.
